Participated in the examination and audit of the intellectual property contained in a working SAP installation. The principal company had divested a division. Part of the extensive customization belonged to the purchaser, while the other portion of the system contained confidential formulation and business data which the vendor needed to keep secure. We acted as a trusted agent to examine all aspects of configuration, code and data and sanitize the version which was received by the purchaser.
